  • Moc milá paní provozní, velmi ochotná. I během mého kratičkého pobytu jsem se v hotelu cítila jako doma. Cca v 16:00 jsem si pobyt objednala po telefonu, za asi 10minut jsem prijela na hotel z bezek a behem ani ne pul hodiny byl pokoj pripraveny. Mezi tim mi pani provozni nabidla caj. Skvela pani provozni, ochotna prodat veci z bufetu i mimo jeho oteviraci dobu. Moc hezky jsem si s ni popovidala. Drzim palce, at vam hotel dal hezky prosperuje Katerina

  • Ubytování, stravování a personál hodnotíme velmi dobře. Celkově jsme byli s pobytem spokojeni. Předem jsme měli trochu obavy, jak to budeme řešit s dopravou, ale nakonec to bylo bez problémů díky službě SKI SHUTTLE (doprava po Bedřichově za 20 Kč/osobu). Příští rok zřejmě tento penzion opět navštívíme. Díky

  • Možná jediná výhrada se týká parkovného 50 Kč/den.
